If you haven't already we need to engage a drafts-person, designer and maybe an engineer to supply a certifier with some detailed plans to be approved for development.

What information do I need to provide to get a quote or have my first consultation?

The more specific information you have on hand, ie approved plans, a general idea of the project, a budget you wish to spend, the more detailed quote we can present to you.

Each project is unique to itself. Depending on size, location, ease of access and standards of building materials you wish to use, All these factors and more need to be considered when supplying the client with a price range.
